At Fourmost Corgis, a new home is approved on a case- by- case, individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse to place a dog at any time. Completion of the application is not a guarantee of approval. We strive to match wants and needs of those interested in giving a home to one of our dogs with the dog's personality. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted with further information. If your choice of corgi is not presently available, your application may be kept on file for a waiting list and we will contact you in the future, however you will be notified.
